Just a temporary note...
I just wanted to say, that before we left for China, I had accumulated almost 70(!) more quilt fabrics and blessings!!!!!!! However, with the brake-neck pace of packing, etc., I didn't have time to post them....Soooooo, when I get home, it is one of the many things I want to catch up on. The fabrics and corresponding blessings are beautiful beyond description, and so deserving of being shared here. So, to those of you who gave them, hang on...when I get home from China, I will get them on here. And THANK YOU all so much who have blessed her already! I'm speechless by what all you've said...Love to all from China!

The Shores Family's Wish...
Pennie's Wish...
This fabric was given by my friend, the multi-talented and oh-so-creative Pennie Aust. It is so appropriate, for she is a musical genius! She and her sweet hubbie, Billy, have been our friends for about 20 years. They were married on the very same night we were, at the very same time! Thank you, Pennie!!
The Williams' Family Wish...
My friend, Jodi Williams, just dropped by with this sweet fabric. The words on the pink fabric are "faith, hope, love and charity." We met Jodi when her son, Harrison, and Tyler were in Kindergarten together. Later, her son, Lee, became friends with Nolan. Richard, Jodi, and the boys have been long-time patients of Phillip's and we treasure these sweet friends. Thank you, Richard, Jodi, Harrison and Lee!!
The Baskin Family's Wish...
Sha's Wish...
Ashley's Wish...
This ladybug fabric was given by our friend, Ashley Baskin, also known to us as "Fuzzy Louise!" She is the daughter of the Baskin family, who we used to live next-door to. I used to keep her and her twin brother, Andrew, in the church nursery when they were babies, and now they are 19!! Thank you, Ashley!

Steven and Sarah's Wish...
The Knell Family's Wish...
The Warner Family's Wish...
This wish is from my childhood friend, Melissa. We were like sisters growing up. I used to terrorize her with my pranks, sneaking up on her at night through the back yard and scaring her half to death! Our backyards were adjacent and we literally grew up together, her being an "only child" and me being one until Jennifer was born when I was 12...Thank you, Melissa, Mac, Sarah and Allison!

Just getting started
Ni hao!! Welcome to Macy Li's Quilt Blog, where I'll be posting photos of all the quilt fabrics and blessings that come in. Hopefully, I'll get a few of these up in the next few days so that you can see what I have so far. And hopefully, you'll be inspired to jump in! Thank you to everyone who is so excited about welcoming her into our family and community of such amazing friends. She is already loved by so many!
